Delivery & Returns

 
It is our goal to create pieces you absolutely love, however, all of our products are handcrafted and that comes with certain shipping, exchange and return limitations. Please contact us with any questions you may have before ordering, and we’ll be happy to help.
 

Delivery

Unless stated differently, our pieces are handcrafted and takes around 10-25 working days to produce and will be ready to be delivered the following working day.  If you need your order sooner than that please get in touch and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

Switzerland and Thailand orders: free standard shipping

International orders: shipping price and time varies dependent on your location.

 

* Please note that we can not guarantee delivery dates.  Below is the estimation of the delivery timeframe.

* Customs and import duties are levied by the receiving country and are therefore the buyer's responsibility.

* We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. Please double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order as we are unable to reroute packages.
 

 

Exchange

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase or if the piece are defective or damaged, we are happy to exchange or refund items within 7 days of delivery. The originally purchased item must be in its original condition. 

Please contact us via the contact us page if you would like to make a change to your order (e.g., different size or shipping address) we would be happy to help as long as your order has not been shipped.  Please contact us as soon as possible so we can try our best to make those changes.

 * We regrettably do not accept returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons, nor do we accept any made to order pieces back.

 * We regrettably do not accept returns on pre-order and customized orders but offer a one time alteration service for customised order for free. and in certain cases we may offer an option to exchange. You will be responsible for the new shipping cost. 

* We offer 1 year warranty on all of our jewelry purchased direct with us or via our retailer partners. The repair costs will be complimentary, shoppers will be responsible for shipment back and the return to your address. After one year, we are happy to offer on-going repair service complimentary, except for replating and replacing of parts, pearls and gemstones.
